- Direct Shipments to Indiana Customers were allowed
- Direct Sales to Indiana Retailers were allowed
- Direct Sales to Consumers in Tasting Rooms were allowed
As a result of a 2005 US Supreme Court Case and subsequent changes to Indiana’s statute, Indiana Wineries lost most of their Free Trade Status

- Shipments Limited to 3,000 Cases to ALL Indiana Customers per Winery
